    If I could give this place negative stars I definitely would. Long story short, waited a total of 2 hours and 45 minutes to do a simple DOT renewal; this place had no other patients there yet claimed to have an "Emergency." Staff seem unhappy and would rather not be there. Do yourself a favor, go to Concentra for quicker and faster service; not to mention friendlier.
